Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused professional to work closely with the founders and drive strategic initiatives across Tradologie’s multiple business platforms.
The role will coordinate with Sales, Tech, Product, Marketing, Operations, and International Business teams to ensure that business priorities are converted into clear action plans and executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with founders to drive strategic initiatives and business priorities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and alignment
• Track key business metrics and platform performance through dashboards
• Monitor progress of product launches, GTM initiatives, and expansion projects
• Prepare leadership reports and strategy updates
Experience Required
• 5–8 years experience in strategy, consulting, product management, or startup roles
• Experience in SaaS, marketplace, consulting, or high-growth startups preferred
Education
• MBA from Tier-1 / Tier-2 B-Schools preferred
• Engineering or technology background is a plus
