Hiring: Head – Solar & BESS EPC Project Operations
We are looking for an experienced Head – Solar & BESS EPC Project Operations to lead the execution of utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across India
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end EPC project execution from engineering to commissioning.
- Manage project planning, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and overall P&L.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and grid connectivity.
- Coordinate with clients, utilities, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive project profitability, risk management, contract administration, and resource optimization.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams while ensuring timely project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
- 15+ years of EPC project execution experience, with significant exposure to utility-scale Solar and BESS projects.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, contractual, and commercial acumen.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale renewable energy projects on time and within budget.
