Head – School Partnerships & Institutional Sales
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive institutional partnerships and B2B sales across India for Bookalooza, an AI-powered student publishing platform empowering schools to nurture young authors. This role will lead the national expansion of school partnerships, build strong relationships with institutional stakeholders, and ensure seamless operational execution of school programs.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in educational sales, institutional partnerships, or school outreach
- Prior experience working with schools, academic institutions, or education platforms preferred
- Experience in EdTech, publishing, or education services will be an advantage
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / BBA (required)
- MBA / M.Com (preferred)

- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinking with the ability to scale institutional partnerships
- Interest in AI, digital platforms, and education technology
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Sales & Partnerships
- Lead and expand All-India B2B and institutional sales initiatives
- Build long-term partnerships with schools, academic institutions, and educational networks
- Develop and implement strategies to scale school participation across regions
Sales Performance & Data Analytics
- Monitor institutional sales performance across territories
- Analyse sales data, institutional engagement trends, and market opportunities
- Prepare structured reports and performance insights for leadership
Operational Execution
- Oversee operational coordination for B2B and institutional programs across India
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs in partner schools
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with school principals, coordinators, and decision-makers
- Represent the organisation in institutional meetings, workshops, and academic forums
Technology & Innovation
- Support the integration and adoption of AI-driven tools and digital platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve program delivery using technology and data insights
