We are looking for a SEBI-Registered Research Analyst to lead and independently drive our equity research function in a growing regional brokerage setup.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who can generate actionable ideas, support sales/dealing teams, and ensure strong regulatory compliance in a lean team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate daily/weekly equity trading & investment ideas
· Prepare research notes, earnings updates & model portfolios
· Support retail & HNI clients with actionable recommendations
· Work closely with dealers & RMs for client engagement
· Lead & mentor junior analysts (small team setup)
· Ensure compliance with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations
Ideal Candidate:
· SEBI Registered Research Analyst
· NISM-Series XV certified (valid)
· 6–10 years of equity research/advisory experience
· Strong fundamental & technical analysis skills
· Experience working in broking/PMS/advisory setup
· Practical, execution-focused mindset
