Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of renewable software solutions delivery including plant controllers, SCADA systems, energy management systems (EMS), and optimization platforms.
- Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning at customer sites across India, ME, and CIS regions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting contractual technical requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product development, QA, commissioning, and customer stakeholders.
- Manage integration and deployment involving renewable plant components including Energy storage systems, BESS, PCS, Solar PV and Wind Plant interfaces.
- Ensure seamless integration using industrial communication protocols such as IEC 61850, Modbus (RTU/TCP), OPC / OPC UA, DNP3
- Act as primary technical delivery interface for customers and EPC partners.
- Provide technical leadership during project reviews and milestone approvals.
- Support technical sales and bid teams with commissioning scope, risk assessment, and effort estimation.
- Drive customer satisfaction and long-term service relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Automation, or related field. (B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MS only)
- 8+ years of experience in renewable energy software product installation, commissioning, and delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in leadership position.
- Proven experience handling renewable plant automation projects across multiple geographies.
- Strong hands-on experience in FAT, SAT, UAT, and commissioning processes.
