🔍 We’re Hiring: Manager – R&D, Quality & BIS Compliance
Clarion Coolers is looking for a hands-on professional who can take ownership of product development, quality systems and BIS (ISI) certification at our manufacturing plant in Sirsa, Haryana.
Key responsibilities:
• New product development and product improvement
• Quality control—from incoming material to final inspection
• Product testing, failure analysis and corrective action
• BIS documentation, audits, testing, renewals and compliance
• Coordination with suppliers, laboratories and BIS authorities
• Establishing practical SOPs and quality standards on the shop floor
The ideal candidate should have experience in air coolers, electrical appliances, plastics, motors or a related manufacturing industry. Prior experience handling BIS/ISI certification is essential.
