The ideal candidate should have *15+ years of direct and relevant experience in washing machine R&D and product development*, preferably with an OEM/ODM or consumer durables manufacturing company.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end R&D and product development of *semi-automatic and fully automatic washing machines*.
* Develop new models and platforms based on market and customer requirements.
* Take products from *concept → design → prototype → testing → tooling → pilot production → mass production*.
* Prepare and approve product specifications, BOMs, drawings and technical documentation.
* Benchmark products against leading Indian and international washing machine brands.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics* preferred
