Define system configurations, subsystem selection, and performance budgets. Work with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility, risks, and integration aspectsInterface with defence customers, system integrators, and program stakeholders to understand operational requirements.Track emerging technologies in:Directed Energy WeaponsCounter-UAS systemsElectro-optical trackingRF detection and jammingEvaluate technology readiness and integration potentialRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical Engineering.15+ years of experience in defence electronics, system integration, or mission systems.Experience in system architecture or technical solution development for complex electronic systemsExperience In One Or More Of The Following DomainsDirected Energy / Laser Weapon SystemsCounter-Drone / Counter-UAS systemsRadar, RF detection, or electronic warfare systemsElectro-Optical / Infrared (EO/IR) tracking systemsAir defence or surveillance systemsCommand and control systemsSystem integration for defence platforms Click on Apply to know more.
