Renewable Asset Management | Multi-GW Platform | India
We are conducting a confidential executive search for a Head – Portfolio Performance on behalf of a rapidly scaling renewable asset management platform in India.
The platform currently manages 5.5+ GW of Solar & Wind assets, with ~1.5 GW under O&M, backed by institutional capital and long-term infrastructure investors.
As the portfolio scales, the mandate is clear:
Move from operational monitoring to institutional-grade performance leadership.
Responsibilities
• Build and institutionalize a multi-GW portfolio performance framework
• Drive yield enhancement, loss diagnostics, and availability optimization
• Establish benchmarking across technologies and geographies
• Lead investor and lender-grade reporting architecture
• Develop advanced analytics capability leveraging SCADA & data platforms
• Align performance strategy with commercial, financing, and asset lifecycle objectives
This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and capital stewardship.
Qualifications
• 15+ years in renewable operations, asset management, or infrastructure performance
• Proven experience managing large Solar/Wind portfolios
• Strong command over PR, CUF, degradation modeling, loss accounting, and plant economics
• Experience engaging institutional investors and lenders
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing analytics teams
Prior exposure to multi-GW platforms or infrastructure funds will be strongly preferred.
