We are looking for a result-driven Placement & BD Head to lead campus placements, build corporate tie-ups, and generate revenue through consulting and training partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end student placements & placement targets
- Build and manage company partnerships & MNC tie-ups
- Generate revenue via consulting fees & corporate training deals
- Lead placement training & student readiness programs
- Represent institute at industry events & job fairs
Experience
- 4-7 years in Placement / Talent Acquisition / Corporate Relations / BD
- Proven track record in revenue generation or deal closures
- Experience with MNC collaborations preferred
Skills
- Strong negotiation & deal-closing ability
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- CRM & data-driven approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong industry network (HRs / TA Heads / L&D Managers)
