• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, and manual dependencies.
• Redesign process flows to improve speed, clarity, accountability, and output quality.
• Track and demonstrate measurable efficiency improvements.
4. Automation, Digital & AI Enablement (Business Side)
• Act as the business owner and adoption lead for automation and AI initiatives.
• Identify use cases where automation or AI can reduce manual work and improve
decision-making.
• Partner with operations/technology teams to support:
o Workflow automation
o Reporting and dashboard adoption
o AI-assisted documentation, analysis, and follow-ups
• Train teams to confidently use new tools and systems; drive real adoption.
5. Change Management & Innovation
• Lead change management during new process, system, or tool rollouts.
• Handle resistance constructively and ensure behavioral change sticks.
• Introduce structured continuous improvement and innovation cycles.
• Bring in new ideas, benchmarks, and best practices to improve overall organizational
performance.
6. Talent, Capability & Recruitment
• Support recruitment of right-fit talent aligned with culture and performance
expectations.
