Job Title : Manager – Clinical Simulation Manager – Operations & Training
Reporting To Head – Business Operations
Location - New Delhi
Role Purpose
- Overall responsibility for end-to-end operations of Medical Simulation and Skill Laboratories established by Adison under the Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) model
- Act as a simulation subject-matter expert, trainer, and operational lead for all assigned skill labs
- Ensure academic effectiveness, operational continuity, faculty satisfaction, and strict compliance with BOT obligations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of simulation and skill labs, ensuring uninterrupted functioning and operational readiness
- Monitor simulator uptime, lab utilization, schedules, consumables, AV systems, and overall infrastructure health
- Implement and maintain SOPs, operational checklists, usage logs, and BOT compliance documentation
- Function as a lead trainer and simulation expert for UG, PG, residents, nursing staff, and faculty members
- Plan, conduct, and supervise hands-on training programs, faculty orientation sessions, CMEs, and skill workshops
- Engage closely with faculty to understand academic requirements and customize simulation programs aligned with NMC and CBME guidelines
- Supervise and manage on-site skill lab staff including simulation nurses, IT support personnel, and biomedical engineers
- Allocate duties, manage rosters, monitor performance, and ensure accountability of all on-site staff
- Train, mentor, and upskill lab staff to ensure self-sufficient and standardized operations
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and user acceptance of new simulators and systems
- Liaise with OEMs, biomedical teams, IT departments, and hospital administration for technical coordination and issue resolution
- Handle first-level troubleshooting of simulators and systems and ensure timely escalation and closure of technical issues
- Support system upgrades, module additions, and lab expansions under the BOT framework
- Plan and organize simulation-based academic events, workshops, and training programs in coordination with institutional stakeholders
- Ensure smooth execution of events including logistics, simulator readiness, faculty coordination, and post-event reporting
- Act as the single operational point of contact between hospital administration, faculty, and Adison internal teams
- Proactively identify operational, academic, or technical challenges and resolve them with minimal disruption to training activities
- Support business development initiatives through clinical demonstrations, simulation presentations, and faculty-level discussions
- Assist leadership and sales teams by providing on-ground clinical, operational, and academic inputs for proposals and expansions
- Prepare and submit regular operational and academic reports covering lab utilization, trainings conducted, issues, and resolutions
- Maintain accurate documentation for BOT compliance, audits, institutional reviews, and internal performance tracking
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational background in Nursing, Life Sciences, or allied healthcare disciplines with exposure to medical simulation preferred
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in medical simulation labs, clinical skills training environments, or teaching hospitals
- Hands-on experience with high-fidelity simulators, surgical or clinical task trainers preferred

- Strong understanding of medical simulation methodology and clinical skills training
- Excellent training, communication, and presentation skills with faculty and clinicians
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in academic healthcare settings
- Experience working with government medical institutions and understanding institutional workflows
- Strong problem-solving ability with disciplined operational execution
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site across multiple institutions
