Job Title: Head – International Marketing (Medical Value Tourism / MVT)

Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, growth-driven, and strategically strong Head – International Marketing to lead our global patient acquisition and brand-building efforts in the Medical Value Tourism (MVT) space. This role will be responsible for driving international business growth, building strong referral and partner networks, positioning India IVF Fertility as a preferred destination for fertility treatment, and developing high-impact marketing strategies across key international markets.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of healthcare international marketing, medical tourism ecosystems, cross-border patient acquisition, and brand development in global healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities1. International Business & Market Expansion- Develop and execute the international marketing strategy to attract fertility patients from target overseas markets.
- Identify high-potential countries, regions, and patient segments for IVF and fertility-related treatments.
- Build market entry and growth plans for key geographies including South Asia, Africa, Middle East, CIS countries, and other relevant markets.
- Create region-specific go-to-market strategies aligned with cultural, language, and consumer behavior nuances.
2. Medical Value Tourism (MVT) Growth- Establish India IVF Fertility as a trusted fertility treatment brand in the global MVT ecosystem.
- Create and strengthen partnerships with international patient facilitators, medical tourism agencies, healthcare aggregators, embassies, referral consultants, and B2B partners.
- Build systems for international lead generation, patient conversion, and journey management from inquiry to treatment completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless experience for international patients across visa support, accommodation guidance, travel coordination, treatment scheduling, and concierge support.
3. Brand Positioning & International Marketing- Lead international digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified patient leads.
- Develop strong brand messaging, content, and positioning for international markets.
- Oversee international website strategy, SEO, paid campaigns, social media, PR, webinars, doctor branding, and patient testimonial campaigns.
- Ensure localized marketing communication in line with the expectations of different countries and patient communities.
4. Channel Development & Partnerships- Develop and manage relationships with:
- International referral partners
- MVT agencies and facilitators
- Overseas fertility consultants
- Diaspora community groups
- Corporate and institutional alliances
- Insurance/healthcare support partners where relevant
- Negotiate commercial arrangements and partnership terms to maximize ROI and patient inflow.
5. Lead Management & Revenue Delivery- Own international lead generation targets, conversion ratios, patient acquisition cost, and revenue from international markets.
- Build performance dashboards to track lead sources, conversion funnel, campaign efficiency, and country-wise revenue.
- Work closely with the sales, CRM, clinical, and operations teams to improve conversion and patient experience.
- Ensure strong follow-up systems and high-quality engagement for inbound and outbound international inquiries.
6. Strategic Leadership- Build, mentor, and lead the international marketing and partnerships team.
- Collaborate with founders and leadership on expansion strategy, new market opportunities, and brand growth.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in healthcare tourism and fertility services.
- Recommend innovative initiatives to strengthen India IVF Fertility’s global presence and market leadership.
Essential Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, International Business, Healthcare Management, or equivalent will be preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in healthcare international marketing and Medical Value Tourism (MVT).
- Proven experience in international patient acquisition, global healthcare marketing, and business development.
- Strong exposure to medical tourism, hospital/healthcare marketing, or international business development is mandatory.
- Experience in fertility, women’s health, IVF, hospitals, specialty healthcare, or high-value elective care segments will be highly preferred.

Preferred Experience- Experience in handling international markets for hospitals, IVF chains, specialty clinics, or medical tourism companies.
- Experience in generating leads from Middle East, Africa, South Asia, or international diaspora communities.
- Familiarity with patient concierge systems, visa/travel support workflows, and international patient servicing.
- Exposure to healthcare branding, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing at scale.
