We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – International Business Development & Exports to drive our international expansion, strengthen global partnerships, and lead end-to-end export operations. If you have a proven track record in global business development and export management, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute international business strategies to accelerate global market expansion.
✅ Identify and establish new business opportunities through distributors, channel partners, OEMs, EPC contractors, and institutional customers.
✅ Build and strengthen a high-performing global distribution network.
✅ Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer intelligence to identify emerging opportunities.
✅ Manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation, logistics, customs compliance, and international trade regulations.
✅ Ensure compliance with DGFT, Foreign Trade Policy, Customs Regulations, INCOTERMS, Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, and export documentation.
✅ Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Quality, and Logistics teams for seamless order execution.
✅ Develop strong relationships with international customers, distributors, consultants, and government agencies.
✅ Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business forums.
✅ Drive export sales growth, profitability, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- MBA in International Business (Preferred)
- Master's in International Trade / Global Business
- PG Diploma in EXIM Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in International Business Development, Export Sales, and Global Market Expansion.
- Strong experience managing international distributors, channel partners, and overseas customers.
- Experience in the Pumps, Solar, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure sectors will be highly preferred.
