Key Responsibilities
Institutional Sales & Relationship Management
• Lead institutional sales with school chains and large school groups across India.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including promoters, directors, principals, academic heads, and procurement teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients and drive long-term partnerships.
• Grow accounts through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and expansion within school groups.
• Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and presentations with school leadership.
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a lean team, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and strong performance.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and solution-oriented thinking.
Process & Operational Excellence
• Establish and streamline processes across catalogue planning, academic coordination, promotions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure clear documentation, timelines, approvals, and continuous improvement in efficiency.
Academic & Internal Coordination
• Coordinate between schools and internal academic teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve academic or operational escalations.
Brand Building & Marketing Support
• Work with the marketing team on brand-building initiatives and institutional positioning.
• Provide inputs for sales and marketing collaterals and support school outreach and partnerships.
Reporting & Strategic Inputs
• Track sales performance, client feedback, and pipeline progress.
