π― The Role:
This is a revenue-first, analytics-driven digital leadership role.
You will:
β’ Drive measurable OPD, IPD, diagnostic & procedural growth
β’ Own Meta & Google performance dashboards
β’ Improve cost per lead and cost per admission
β’ Build structured digital funnels (Awareness β Lead β Consultation β Admission)
β’ Connect digital campaigns directly to hospital revenue
β’ Position Moolchand strategically inside LLM ecosystems
This role bridges:
Performance Marketing β Search β LLM β Revenue
π₯ What Youβll Own
π Performance & Analytics
Plan & optimize campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
Monitor Google Search Console (CTR, impressions, rankings, indexing)
Track conversion metrics & attribution
Build real-time revenue dashboards
Present data-driven insights to leadership
π’ Cross-Platform Publishing
Manage publishing across:
- Website & landing pages
- Facebook & Instagram
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- Google Business Profile
Ensure SEO, metadata, targeting & creative optimization
Align organic and paid growth strategies
π§ LLM & AI Positioning
- Understand how LLM platforms source and reference brands
- Strengthen semantic authority & structured content
- Work on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Align content, search & authority building for AI discoverability
π₯ Clinical Revenue Alignment
Work closely with doctors & department heads
Align campaigns with specialty priorities
Coordinate with CRM for lead tracking
Translate digital demand into OPD/IPD growth
π§ Key Competencies Required:
β Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
β Deep understanding of CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS
β Comfortable reading Google Search Console & campaign dashboards
β Revenue attribution thinking
β SEO & specialty keyword planning
β Understanding of LLM / AI search evolution
β Structured, disciplined execution mindset
β Ability to present insights with commercial clarity
Healthcare exposure preferred.
