About the Role
We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Chief Campaign Officer (CCO) / Global Campaign Strategist to lead and scale enterprise-grade outbound campaign infrastructure across global markets.
This leadership role will drive large-scale multi-channel demand generation programs across industries including Healthcare, Pharma, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Technology, FinTech, Enterprise B2B, and Events.
The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in outbound GTM strategy, email campaign ecosystems, audience intelligence, intent-based marketing, ABM frameworks, automation, and revenue-focused campaign operations.
The candidate will be responsible for transforming campaign operations into a scalable recurring revenue engine while enabling enterprise client acquisition and pipeline acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Build and execute large-scale global outbound campaign strategies
- Develop scalable “Campaign-as-a-Service” offerings
- Create repeatable industry-specific campaign frameworks
- Drive enterprise pipeline generation and revenue contribution
- Build high-conversion outbound playbooks and GTM models
- Scale campaign execution across multiple verticals and geographies
- Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion ratios
Multi-Channel Campaign Leadership
Lead integrated campaign execution across:

ICP & Audience Intelligence
- Define and refine ICPs across industries
- Build segmentation strategies based on:

- Create personalized buyer journeys for each ICP
- Leverage technographic and behavioral insights for targeting
Campaign Innovation & Automation
- Build scalable “campaign-a-day” execution systems

- Optimize campaign conversion funnels
- Create vertical-specific outbound engines
- Improve targeting precision and engagement quality
Data, Intent & Analytics

Enterprise Client Acquisition

- 8–15+ years of experience in:
