Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for the position of Head – Genomics Product & Techno-Commercial Strategy. The individual in this role will lead the development and execution of genomics product strategies, including identifying new opportunities and building cutting-edge product solutions. Responsibilities include guiding product management and development teams, conducting market research to assess customer requirements, and optimizing business strategies to align with overarching organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Development
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management and Research
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to drive data-informed decision making
- Proven leadership and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the genomics, healthcare, or biotechnology sectors is an advantage
- Relevant advanced degree, such as in Genetics, Biotechnology, Business, or similar fields
