Urgent opening for iBhejo Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd.
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven leader to head our Amazon Cross-Border Selling Business across India and Middle East markets. The role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of P&L, customer experience, operations efficiency, and sales growth across multiple Amazon marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end Amazon cross-border e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless flow from customer order placement to final delivery
- Own and drive P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and margin optimization across global Amazon marketplaces
- Manage high-volume sales operations (1000+ orders/day) with strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and delivery performance
- Oversee entire customer journey including order management, customer service handling, logistics coordination, and post-sales experience
- Analyze and improve operational efficiency metrics such as order fulfillment rate, delivery timelines, return rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Manage and optimize daily sales performance of multiple high-performing SKUs
- Develop and execute growth strategies for large portfolio of retail brands across Amazon India, Middle East, and other international marketplaces
- Lead Amazon catalog management, listing optimization, pricing strategy, and FBA operations
- Drive data-backed decision making using Excel and analytics tools to monitor sales trends, inventory health, and operational KPIs
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team with strong focus on accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, Amazon policies, and marketplace best practices to ensure competitive advantage
Key Requirements- Proven experience in Amazon international selling (cross-border e-commerce)
- Strong track record of managing large-scale Amazon operations with high daily order volume
- Deep understanding of Amazon FBA, cataloging, listing optimization, and marketplace tools
- Strong expertise in Excel, data analysis, and performance reporting
- Hands-on experience in customer service management and order lifecycle handling
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets and drive actionable insights
- Strong understanding of online retail trends, digital commerce technologies, and marketplace dynamics
- Prior experience managing multi-category retail brand portfolios on Amazon
Exp: 10+ years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Working days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday is week off) Sunday is off
