Head – CSR / Social Impact / Public Health
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 15–20+ Years
Education: Master’s / PhD in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, Public Health, or related disciplines
Role Overview:
Looking for a senior leader to head the CSR and social impact function of a large diversified organization. The role will drive national-level CSR strategy, public health initiatives, ESG alignment, grant mobilization, stakeholder engagement, governance, and measurable social impact programs across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive long-term CSR & ESG roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead large-scale public health and community development programs across multiple states
- Build partnerships with Ministries, Government bodies, PSU organizations, NGOs, and CSR partners
- Lead grant mobilization, donor management, proposal development, and fund utilization
- Oversee CSR governance, compliance, audits, impact measurement, and board reporting
- Drive healthcare and welfare initiatives focused on underserved communities/workforce segments
- Establish strong monitoring & evaluation frameworks and publish impact reports
- Strengthen brand reputation through high-impact and transparent CSR initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in CSR, public health, development sector, or social impact leadership
- Proven exposure to multi-state program management and government liaisoning
- Expertise in grant management, donor engagement, compliance, and impact reporting
- Strong strategic, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
- Experience presenting to senior leadership/board-level committees preferred
Preferred Background:
Candidates from large foundations, public health organizations, NGOs, CSR arms of corporates, development sector institutions, or social impact consulting organizations will be preferred.
