Head – Centre of Excellence (Semiconductor Design)

Graphic Era invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from accomplished professionals to lead its upcoming Centre of Excellence in Semiconductor Design.
We are seeking a visionary leader with 20–25 years of experience in semiconductor design, VLSI, chip architecture, or allied domains—someone who can drive innovation, strengthen industry collaboration, and build a future-ready research ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
•Establish and lead a world-class Centre of Excellence in Semiconductor Design
•Drive cutting-edge research, innovation, and product development initiatives
•Build and strengthen industry–academia partnerships at national and global levels
•Mentor faculty and students in advanced semiconductor technologies
•Facilitate training programmes, including train-the-trainer and industry immersion initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
•20–25 years of experience in semiconductor design, VLSI, chip architecture, or allied fields
•Proven leadership within the semiconductor or VLSI ecosystem
•Experience with global semiconductor organisations or reputed academic or research institutions
•Strong professional network across industry and research communities
•Demonstrated passion for nurturing talent and advancing India’s semiconductor capabilities
