Are you a seasoned leader in the Background Verification (BGV) industry with the vision to build and scale a high-growth business?
Credeksa is looking for an experienced Head – Business & Operations to lead our next phase of growth.
In this leadership role, you'll work directly with the founders to drive:

✅ P&L Management & Profitability
✅ Team Leadership & Organizational Growth
Who we're looking for:
✔ 10–15+ years of leadership experience in the BGV industry
✔ Proven track record of scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams
✔ Strong expertise in operations, enterprise sales, technology, compliance, and business strategy
✔ Mumbai-based candidates preferred (or those willing to relocate immediately)
📍 Location: Malad, Mumbai (Work From Office)
