Aatm Nirbhar is a social enterprise that trains women to ride two-wheelers and connects them to income opportunities. We have trained 30,000+ women across cities and built one of India’s largest women-led instructor networks.
We are now scaling our B2C vertical nationally and building a strong revenue engine around women’s independence and earning potential.
🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to own and scale our B2C vertical across India.
This role will:
- Strengthen revenue and operations in existing cities
- Launch and scale new geographies
- Build additional revenue streams from within our customer base
- Design long-term growth and monetization strategy
This is a core leadership role with long-term wealth creation potential aligned with vertical growth.
🧠 What You Will Own
1️⃣ Strengthening Existing Cities
- Map demand-supply clusters within cities
- Improve trainer utilization and revenue per trainer
- Reduce customer wait time and improve conversion
- Optimize city-level unit economics
- Own monthly city-level revenue performance
You will treat each city as a mini P&L.
2️⃣ Expansion to New Geographies
- Identify high-potential cities and micro-markets
- Conduct market validation and feasibility analysis
- Lead trainer recruitment and onboarding
- Set up operations and initial local marketing
- Drive first 100–300 customers in new markets
- Build a repeatable city expansion playbook
3️⃣ Revenue Expansion Within B2C
Beyond core training, you will explore and build additional revenue streams:
- Vehicle purchase commissions (dealer partnerships)
- License assistance services
- Advanced riding courses
- Safety gear and accessories
- Job readiness and placement-linked offerings
- Strategic partnerships (insurance, financing, etc.)
You will own customer lifecycle value growth.
4️⃣ Systems & Team Building
- Build SOPs for scalable expansion
- Hire and manage city managers / ops leads
- Create dashboards and revenue tracking systems
- Prepare the vertical for franchise scale
Over time, you will evolve into the full P&L owner of the B2C vertical.

- Growth in monthly B2C revenue
- Revenue per customer (LTV improvement)
- Trainer utilization rate
- Successful launch of new cities
- Time-to-break-even for new markets
- Growth of monetization layers beyond training
👤 Who You Are
- 5–8 years experience in growth, multi-city operations, or business expansion
- Experience owning revenue targets
- Strong analytical and unit-economics understanding
- Comfortable working on-ground and building from scratch
- Experience leading small teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset — not just execution
