About Manam Chocolate
Manam Chocolate is India’s farm-to-retail craft chocolate company, building an integrated ecosystem around Indian-origin cacao.
From working directly with 300+ farmer partners and advanced post-harvest fermentation systems to creating craft chocolate experiences through our retail formats in Hyderabad and Delhi, we are building one of India’s most ambitious premium food businesses.
As we expand nationally, we are now looking to build our B2B vertical across corporate gifting, weddings, hospitality, institutional sales, and premium partnerships.
Role Description
We are looking for a senior business leader to build and lead Manam Chocolate’s B2B Sales vertical.
This is not a conventional sales management role. The mandate involves building the vertical from first principles - defining strategy, establishing channels, building teams, developing key accounts, and shaping how Manam Chocolate participates in the premium gifting and hospitality ecosystem in India.
The role requires owning the complete B2B business across revenue, partnerships, customer experience, and long-term growth.
This position reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Build and scale Manam Chocolate’s B2B sales vertical across:
- Corporate gifting
- Weddings & celebrations
- Premium hospitality & HoReCa
- Institutional & bulk partnerships
- Luxury retail collaborations
- Develop and execute the B2B growth roadmap across India
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining premium brand positioning
Strategic Account Management
- Build relationships with key corporate buyers, procurement heads, hospitality groups, wedding planners, and premium event ecosystems
- Create long-term institutional partnerships and strategic collaborations
- Drive key account acquisition and retention
Channel & Market Development
- Identify new B2B opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Develop scalable frameworks for national B2B expansion
- Build systems, sales processes, forecasting models, and reporting structures
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with marketing, operations, retail, and supply chain teams to execute large-format gifting and partnership mandates
- Collaborate on product customisation, packaging strategy, and seasonal campaigns
Team Building and Execution
- Build and lead the B2B sales team over time
- Establish performance metrics, sales targets, and execution frameworks
- Drive operational discipline and customer experience excellence
