We’re Hiring | Head – Admissions at Indian Institute of Management Udaipur
As part of our Vision 2030, IIM Udaipur is committed to creating transformational learning experiences and building a world-class academic ecosystem. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to join us as Head – Admissions.
This leadership role will be instrumental in shaping and strengthening the Institute’s admissions journey — from student outreach and engagement to onboarding and integration across our diverse academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage admissions for all degree programs
- Drive student recruitment, outreach, and marketing initiatives
- Develop strategic enrollment plans and admissions policies
- Build relationships with schools, corporates, faculty, and external stakeholders
- Oversee applicant analytics, CRM systems, and admissions operations
- Guide and mentor the admissions team while ensuring process excellence
Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree from a recognised university
- Proven experience in admissions management, student recruitment, outreach, analytics, and team leadership
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in social media campaigns, Excel, and data-driven decision-making
Location: Udaipur
Nature of Appointment: Contract Basis
