In the role of Business Group Professional Services Director, we'll count on you to:
- Take responsibility for creating group of professional practitioners that give us a competitive advantage in the global marketplace
- Help create a program to ensure we are capable of solving clients' problems at competitive costs, demonstrate reliability in execution of quality professional services and client deliverables, and demonstrate success in project management and delivery of contracted services
- Focus on commercial risk, technical excellence and effective execution, and in turn develop a team to ensure effective implementation of quality, standards, and innovation and best practices
- Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- 15 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing technical teams and practices
- Demonstrated leadership in industrial professional associations
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
