Recruitment & Manpower : Agile Process, Bench Strength, Target 95% onboard HC all the times Monitor early attrition (90 days, 180 days). Develop strategies to minimize. Develop strategies for diversity retention. Develop strategies to maximize Early Success (First 90 days) Confirmation of New Joinees : No confirmation extensions and 90% of employee to be confirmed in time and should be manual on EKAM. Employee Connect: All employees every quarter using various forums (Physical/Virtual) (Structured meets / Skip Level / Open house / Townhall) - 95% Employee engagement activities as per business requirement - 100% Employee Performance : Work with business teams on performance evaluation Training : Work with L&D team to deliver training – Measure adherence and results Drive central driven programs e.g GPTW survey, Elements, Wellness etc. Strategic Thinking Good in Excel Effective communication, Collaborative Unlocking Possibilities
