About the role

Key Roles & Responsibilities Operational Responsibilities • Responsible for Intensive lead generation and ensuring budget/target achievement along with containing the required product knowledge • Responsible for 4 daily sales calls • Accountable for engaging with the channel and for driving the contest if any to achieve the business number Compliance & Adherence • Ensuring all the activities including conducting R&R (Reward & Recognition) to following new and existing processes should follow the required compliance and adherence requirement Key Requirements – Education & Certification • Graduate / Postgraduate from a reputed institute will be preferred Key Requirements – Experience & Skills • Excellent sales skill, convincing skills, lead generation and time management are required • Preference will be given to the candidate with Bancassurance industry background • Proven experience of 3+ years in the similar role is required • Personal 2-wheeler with the driving licenses will be preferred
