Job Description - 

  •    

    •     BPO/Call     Center Background Min 3-4 Years Experience

          
    •     Comfortable     to Multitask, calls and Emails together

          
    •     Insurance     Experience is required

          
    •     VRM     should possess strong verbal and written skills.

          
    •     Previous     experience on inbound/outbound calls and emails is essential

          
    •     Comfortable     to work in flexible Shifts, Rotational Weekly offs (Including     Weekends – shifts between 8.00am to 7.00pm)

    • Graduate


Key Requirements:

  • Handled     VIP customers in previous organisations

        
  • Good     Communication skills

        
  • Multi     lingual

        
  • Strong     Relationship Management skills with Intermediaries as well as     Institutions

        
  • Immediate     Joiner (if possible)
