Relationship Manager - Mortgage Sales

HDFC Bank is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager - Mortgage Sales! Roles & Responsibilities: Area/ Lane/ Geography Mapping: Responsible for mapping lanes/areas at regular intervals. Identify new sources in allocated areas and inform the reporting manager during team huddles. Source Relationship Management: Manage relationships with assigned sources in the given area. Maintain Reports: Maintain sales reports and other activities in the prescribed format. Keep a daily diary of activities. Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify the need to recruit a channel partner. Team Huddle: Attend daily team huddles as per the set process. Customer Relationship Management: Enhance the customer experience by developing relationships with customers. Completion of File: Submit complete application forms, documents, and information. Desired Candidate Profile: Must be a graduate from any stream (BFSI experience preferred). Minimum 4 years of experience in BFSI or NBFC sales. Open to travel and must have a Two-wheeler. Good communication skills. Skills Required: BFSI experience Banking NBFC sales Must have a Two Wheeler
