The role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and offering suitable financial solutions to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities. Cross-sell banking products like savings/current accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Conduct customer profiling to understand financial needs and provide appropriate solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Ensure high levels of customer service and support. Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC/AML guidelines, and all regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Finance or Marketing preferred). MBA or postgraduate degree is an added advantage. Experience: 2–7 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or financial services. Freshers with good communication and selling skills may also be considered. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with a go-getter attitude. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of banking products and services. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
