1. Job Summary:
We are seeking an Office Administrative Specialist to assist day-to-day office operations and employee support functions. This role is primarily responsible for office administration, facilities management, and employee welfare, while providing administrative and coordination support to HR and IT as needed.

- General Affairs & Office Operations (Core Responsibilities)
- Manage office supplies, consumables, and inventory.
- Oversee office environment, facilities, and workplace organization
- Coordinate with building management, vendors, and external service providers
- Manage company assets such as furniture, equipment, and office resources
- Provide general administrative support for daily office operations
- Support internal office-related communications and announcements
- Employee Welfare & Internal Support (administrative support)
- HR Support (onboarding and offboarding logistics, internal communication support)
- IT Support (IT asset tracking and coordination support)
- Perform other general affairs duties as assigned
