Role Overview:
We are looking for a Mendix Tester to validate and ensure the quality of low-code applications built on the Mendix platform. The role involves functional testing, integration validation, and ensuring compliance with enterprise quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional & System Testing:
Review FRS, user stories, and design documents
Design and execute test cases (UI, workflows, validations)
Perform SIT, UAT, and regression testing
Validate exception handling, approvals, notifications & audit trails
Integration & Data Validation:
Test integrations with ERP, MES, PLM systems and APIs
Validate API responses, data mapping & consistency
Perform data reconciliation and integrity checks
Non-Functional & Compliance Testing:
Support performance, security & role-based access testing
Ensure compliance with GxP / FDA / ISO standards
Validate e-signatures, audit logs & traceability
Defect Management & Collaboration:
Log and track defects using JIRA / Azure DevOps
Perform defect retesting and regression testing
Collaborate with developers, SMEs & stakeholders
Participate in Agile ceremonies and release planning
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in Mendix application testing
Strong knowledge of STLC, SIT, UAT, regression testing
Experience with API testing (Postman)
Knowledge of SQL / Excel for data validation
Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile environments
Good to Have:
Experience in Life Sciences / Manufacturing domain
Exposure to ERP / MES systems
