1.5-3 years’ experience as Chargeback Analyst / Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in KYC and Account opening
- Knowledge in Change of Address, Issuing Duplicate statements
- Knowledge in reading auditor requests and issuing year end interest statements
- Knowledge in international payments and SWIFT transfers , FX Charges investigation
- Knowledge in standing Order, Direct Debit set ups
- Knowledge in CHAPS , BACS Transfers
