Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

HCL is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using modern technologies and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable, secure, and performant web applications using a variety of technologies such as React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and industry standards. - Participate in code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and contribute to the overall improvement of the codebase. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the web development landscape and apply them to the project as appropriate. - Mentor and guide junior team members, share knowledge, and contribute to the team's overall growth and development. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with a strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. - Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Solid experience in building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express. - Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Understanding of software design patterns, testing methodologies, and continuous integration/deployment practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
