Back End Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop efficient and secure backend systems and APIs - Integrate backend components with front-end applications - Optimize database design and performance - Implement caching and asynchronous processing mechanisms - Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends Required Skills: - Proficient in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, C#) - Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) - Experience with web frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring, Django, Express.js) - Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation - Knowledge of containerization and cloud-based deployment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Adaptability to learn new technologies and techniques
