You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver innovative software products. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and microservices - Implement efficient and scalable solutions using the latest Java technologies and frameworks - Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions - Write clean, well-documented, and testable code - Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Java development
