Data Engineer

HCA Healthcare is a provider of medical education and healthcare services, and they are seeking a Data Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will define, test, learn, and implement solutions that deliver value and drive improved clinical outcomes. Responsibilities Write user interface and server-side code. Pragmatically manage our data and apply its strength towards solving our customers' problems. Participate in discussions specific to database architecture, design, development practices, and maintenance. Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze, and provide options to resolve data pipeline performance and related problems. Qualification Represents the skills you have Python Microsoft SQL Postgres ETL processes Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data pipeline performance Analytics/Reporting applications Scalable applications CMMS software HL7 Healthcare integration Supply chain experience Healthcare industry experience Required Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or related field. 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience in Development using Python, Microsoft SQL or Postgres, including advanced features Experience with ETL processes or Analytics/Reporting applications. Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Experience in developing modern, scalable applications. Proficient in major Microsoft office suite applications as well as CMMS software. Preferred Experience with HL7 or other healthcare integration a plus! Supply chain or healthcare industry experience a plus!
