Business Change Analyst

A Business Analyst is urgently required to join the organisation to work in the front-office change team to work on a high-profile pricing transformation programme. The Pricing programme is a multi-year, multi- workstream initiative focusing on the consolidation of rates across the business. The programme is made up of workstreams including data analysis, client communications, internal communications and implementation. It is a multi-year programme and has at least 3 years left to run. The Business Analyst will be required to work closely alongside a Project Manager to provide their skills to the client communications and internal communications workstreams. The Business Analyst will be required to facilitate workshops with the business to understand requirements and assist in managing relationships with key vendors undertaking the client comms from a mailing perspective. They will be required to map key process flows and ensure these are translated to Visio. The Business Analyst will also be required to produce key requirements documentation and translate requirements to the vendor where required.
