About the role

Are you ready to take on a role in IT Vendor Management? As an IT Vendor Management Lead, you will drive business outcomes through strategic vendor relationships, ensuring they deliver value and meet customer expectations. Your role will involve monitoring vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service levels, conducting assurance reviews, supporting security evaluations, and guiding Relationship Managers in performance reviews. You will oversee the performance of SaaS vendors, ensuring they adhere to contractual agreements and deliver value. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting on vendor performance, understanding and maintaining assurance models for IT vendors, and ensuring compliance with security and assurance elements. Additionally, you will negotiate commercial terms for strategic IT contracts, provide expertise during the creation of Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work, and identify and report risks associated with vendors. Staying abreast of innovations in the IT vendor market, you will translate these into strategic outcomes, building and maintaining effective relationships with IT vendors. You will also provide periodic reporting on vendor performance and improvement plans, ensuring sustainable business value.
