Key Deliverables

Build lasting relationships:
- Develop strong relationships with key hiring managers, HR, and other key stakeholders in the client business for workforce planning, demand management and strategic alignment.
- Ensure the service we provide to the client is effective, efficient, professional and consistent.
- Provide specialist expert advice, support and recommendations to key stakeholders on specific market conditions including competitor activity, employer trends skills availability, demographics, and salary surveys.
Deliver an efficient and compliant process:
- Ensure recruitment, sourcing and vendor partners are regularly updated with the forecasted workload to enable them to effectively manage their time.
- Ensure that all SLA and KPI targets are met as per the client account contract.
- Actively promote Hays service offering to engage the client at every opportunity.
- Partner with key stakeholders on the client account and recognize further growth opportunities.
- Identify client development opportunities and work with the client director to solution and implement client growth strategies in line with the key account management plan.
- Develop a strong commercial awareness and identify growth opportunities for the service.
- Ensure adherence to Hays and client recruitment methodology, policies, procedures, and service delivery standards.
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner to client director.
- Provide recommendations to the client director in relation to service improvements.
Optimize Systems and Business Intelligence:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the importance of all recruitment technologies and system integrity responsibilities.
- Document all activity accurately and in a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining
data integrity.
- Extract data as needed from all associated systems and technologies and analyse this to understand performance against the delivery of the contracted service.
- Work with the client director to use this management information to improve the delivery of the service
going forward.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
Base salary range is $70,000-$73,000 plus bonus. Your compensation scales with your portfolio performance and your team’s results.
