Position Summary As our Project Manager, Mobile Apps, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) audio product line, including subscription management, technical performance, and the overall user journey. You'll manage product roadmaps, drive feature enhancements, and collaborate across internal departments to ensure a seamless, high-performing user experience. If you're passionate about mobile innovation, user experience, and cross-functional project leadership, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital audio products. Responsibilities and Expertise Serve as the primary project manager for iOS and Android audio apps, as well as related web platforms Own and enhance the user journey, onboarding experience, and technical performance of the app ecosystem Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and feature rollouts using Asana and Jira Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, development, e-commerce, and customer care teams Collaborate with marketing on in-app promotions, acquisition and retention campaigns, and performance tracking Provide content and copywriting support for in-app messaging, marketing emails, and landing pages Oversee app performance dashboards, interpret key metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements. Ensure seamless subscription pricing setup, promotional campaigns, and content entry across platforms Perform data entry and content setup in backend systems for web and mobile platforms; gather and organize assets to ensure accurate, high-quality product entries Own end-to-end QA for mobile and web apps and services, from validating new features, writing and executing regression test suites, logging defects, to coordinating release sign-off across platforms. Write and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and detailed project plans Maintain and improve operational systems, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Stay informed on mobile app trends, project management best practices, and digital innovation Supervise third-party vendors and freelancers as needed
