About the role

We are looking for a design-driven Landing Page & Email Design Specialist to create high-converting landing pages and engaging email campaigns. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative design, and marketing strategy to produce visually compelling, conversion-focused digital assets. As part of our Marketing Automation team, you will optimize landing page performance, enhance user engagement, and drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive landing pages for product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure pages align with brand identity and campaign goals. Perform A/B testing on key page elements (headlines, CTAs, images) to improve conversion rates. Use heatmaps, analytics, and user feedback to refine user experience and optimize performance. Adjust designed assets from our Art Department as needed. Develop landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring clean and efficient code. Conduct QA testing to ensure functionality across devices and browsers. Strategize, design, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with audience segments and business goals. Build and optimize dynamic email templates for personalization and automation. Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize for best results. Ensure mobile-friendly, responsive email designs across all platforms and clients. Track and analyze landing page and email performance using tools like Google Analytics, Acoustic Insights, and Sisense. Report on campaign KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies. Collaboration & Project Management Work closely with marketing, design, and web teams to ensure campaign alignment. Manage and deploy campaigns using email marketing platforms (e.g., Acoustic). Maintain the project management schedule (e.g., Asana) for assigned tasks. Use AI-driven tools (company-approved) for efficiency in content creation and analysis. Skills & Qualifications Strong design skills with an eye for detail and UX best practices. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for web and email development. Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages with knowledge of A/B testing and CRO. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping. Ability to analyze marketing data and make strategic decisions. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Education & Experience 2-3 years of experience in email marketing and web/graphic design. Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud for design work. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Acoustic, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo). Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage, LeadPages).
