About the role

The Marketing Manager for Residential Sales and Leasing is responsible for collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership team, Sales Directors, and sales teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. This role focuses on driving targeted campaigns that generate leads throughout the marketing funnel, from awareness to sale, while adhering to the overall company marketing plan.


The Marketing Manager will track lead progress in collaboration with the CRM and Communications teams and oversee the delivery of performance reports to enable informed decisions and optimise campaign effectiveness.


Additionally, they will work closely with a Marketing Coordinator to foster a collaborative and dynamic environment.This role also requires effective coordination with other leads across the marketing team to ensure that all sales and leasing initiatives are properly briefed.


The Marketing Manager will inspire and motivate the team, collaborating across channels and with the content team to deliver best-practice assets and campaigns that support Sales and Leasing objectives.


Accountabilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with Residential Sales and Leasing business objectives, ensuring comprehensive programs across all stages of the marketing funnel. Lead content creation and tactical execution.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the sales team to identify key priorities, develop monthly lead management campaign plans, and set budgets. Brief the marketing team on necessary assets and monitor campaign performance, overseeing the development of regular updates on campaign effectiveness.
  • Sales Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with the sales team to gather feedback on campaign performance, track results, and understand business priorities. Engage with sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Oversee the delivery of campaigns, collaborating with web, social media, podcast, and design teams to ensure the creation of high-quality assets and campaigns that support Residential Sales and Leasing initiatives.

Minimum Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing campaign-related fields.


Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.


Technical Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop effective marketing strategies and drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads and Social Media Campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Prior experience in real estate or similar professional services is preferred.
