Overview

HATCH is looking for a passionate and collaborative Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will support the execution of brand marketing initiatives and integrated marketing strategy across email, social, site, paid, retail, and community—driven campaigns-bringing our product and brand storytelling to life at every touchpoint HATCH has across retail and DTC.


The ideal candidate has strong experience in integrated marketing, content development, and social media strategy, with a deep understanding of how to create brand moments that resonate and convert. They’re both creative and organized, with a pulse on cultural trends and a drive to build community through content, campaigns, and thoughtful brand work. This person will play a key role in our seasonal brand planning and campaign execution and will oversee our organic social and influencer strategy, including management of ShopMy and other ambassador initiatives.


This role reports to the Head of Marketing and partners closely with cross-functional teams across Creative, Digital, Retail, and Community. It is based in our Lower Manhattan office, with a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days/week in office).


What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of brand marketing strategy across all customer touchpoints including site, email, social, digital, packaging, retail, and experiential.
  • Oversee and evolve HATCH’s owned social media strategy, including content calendar planning, copywriting direction, trend spotting, and community engagement.
  • Lead our influencer and ambassador marketing strategy via ShopMy and other platforms, developing relationships and campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversion.
  • Partner with Head of Marketing on the seasonal brand and campaign calendar, aligning with launches, promotions, and key cultural moments.
  • Collaborate with creative, planning/merch, and digital teams to support marketing initiatives across all channels.
  • Support planning and execution of product launches, retail events, and marketing-driven brand partnerships.
  • Assist in managing creative asset production for campaigns and seasonal needs-including ecommerce and lifestyle photography, influencer content, and video.
  • Ensure all brand touchpoints are cohesive, elevated, and rooted in HATCH’s voice, values, and visual identity.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, reporting on performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Stay tapped into cultural moments, motherhood conversations, and fashion/beauty trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • This role will have one direct report.


What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, social strategy, or brand marketing; preferably within consumer, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, social media platforms, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Confident managing and developing junior team members.
  • Experience managing campaign calendars, social strategy, and assisting in creative development processes; passionate about audience building and engagement.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills; self-motivated, inspirational, brings strength in team management and development, cross-functional collaboration, creative and strategic innovation and process development and execution.
  • Collaborative and communicative; thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing skills with a sharp eye for brand voice, storytelling, and emotional connection; a keen eye for detail and a finger on the pulse of consumer and fashion trends.
  • Passion for motherhood, women’s wellness, or fashion is a plus.
