About the role
Hatch is a B2B design agency that serves as the creative arm of marketing teams. We implement brand creatives for campaigns—from sales decks to ABM visuals—across print and digital formats.
We're looking for a Junior Brand Creative Designer who's thoughtful, reliable, and ready to grow within a remote-first, async team. You'll work closely with our creative lead and co-founders to bring strategic design assets to life for our B2B marketing clients.
This is an ongoing monthly role for a junior designer who wants consistent projects and feedback from a design-savvy team.
What You'll Do:
- Create visual assets based on existing brand guidelines
- Design marketing and sales collateral (PDFs, decks, case studies)
- Support the production of social media creatives (LinkedIn carousels, Twitter graphics, blog visuals)
- Build static ads, infographics, and data visuals for B2B campaigns
- Collaborate in the Hatch project management portal (extremely user-friendly) and Slack with clear project briefs and async feedback
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of design experience (freelance or agency)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Figma (our main tool)
- Familiarity with B2B or marketing design is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working independently in an async setup
- Open to feedback and eager to grow your creative decision-making
Work Setup:
- 20 hours/week, 100% remote, strictly no work on weekends and agreed holidays.
- Flexible schedule (you set your hours, just communicate clearly)
- Paid bi-monthly, with room to scale your hours/responsibilities.
Why Designers Like Working With Us:
- We focus on real creative impact—not trendy fluff
- You get exposure to strategic B2B design, not just production work
- Feedback is clear, kind, and aimed at helping you grow
- No last-minute "rush" requests—we plan ahead and respect your time
To apply, please include:
- Your portfolio (especially any marketing or layout work)
- A short note on why async work suits you
