Battery CAD Design Internship in Bangalore

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• CAD – Work on structural and enclosure designs for Li-ion battery packs.
• Fabrication & Prototyping – Develop mechanical components and ensure design feasibility and rapid prototyping with 3D Printing.
• GD&T, DFM & DFA – Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) for precision, and optimize designs for manufacturing and assembly.
• Battery Pack Innovation – Understand the electrical and thermal aspects of Li-ion batteries and find creative ways to optimize pack design.
