Our platform combines advanced social intelligence, community insights, and influencer analytics to drive brand growth strategies through cutting-edge AI technologies. Role Overview We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent agents to enhance our video intelligence capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both closed and open-source LLMs and production-grade agent implementation. Technical Requirements ● 2+ years of experience working with LLMs (both closed models like GPT-4, Claude, and open-source models like Llama, Mistral) ● 1+ year of production-grade agent implementation using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, n8n, or similar ● 3+ years of software development experience ● Strong Python programming skills ● Experience with orchestration of multiple AI services ● Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings ● Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning Key Responsibilities ● Design and implement autonomous AI agents for data processing, analysis, and insight generation ● Develop production-ready agent workflows for social media and video content analysis ● Optimize prompt strategies and agent architectures for specific business use cases ● Integrate agents with our existing video intelligence platform ● Collaborate with data scientists and backend engineers to enhance agent capabilities ● Evaluate and implement new LLM technologies as they emerge ● Document agent architectures and implementation strategies Required Skills ● Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking ● Experience deploying AI solutions to production environments ● Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) techniques ● Understanding of token optimization and cost management for LLMs ● Ability to evaluate and compare different agent frameworks ● Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration ● Experience with monitoring and debugging AI systems Preferred Experience ● Experience with video content analysis ● Knowledge of social media data structures and APIs ● Familiarity with consumer insights or market research applications ● Background in FMCG/CPG brand analytics ● Experience with AWS services for AI/ML deployment This role offers the exciting opportunity to build next-generation AI agent systems to transform how brands understand and engage with consumers across social media and community platforms.
