Role Overview We're seeking Smart Contract Auditors to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on cutting-edge Web3 protocols, identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities before they're exploited. You'll collaborate with clients and Hashlock researchers to deliver world-class security assessments that protect real assets and reputations. Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth manual code reviews of web3 infrastructure. Identify vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and design flaws across DeFi protocols, NFTs, bridges, DAOs, and on-chain infrastructure. Produce clear, client-facing audit reports with actionable recommendations and severity assessments. Collaborate with researchers and clients to validate fixes and improve overall protocol security posture. Contribute to internal tooling, knowledge bases, and auditor training. Stay current with Web3 security trends, emerging attack vectors, and protocol-level exploits. Required Skills and Experience Strong proficiency in your specialized language Deep understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities Experience auditing or building complex Web3 applications (e.g., DEXs, lending protocols, bridges). Familiarity with EVM or blockchain internals (gas, opcodes, storage layout, etc.). Excellent technical writing and communication skills. Bonus Points Experience with formal verification, symbolic execution, or fuzz testing. Published security research or CTF participation. Contributions to open-source security tools or frameworks. Proficiency in ZK, Move, Cairo, Vyper, or L2 rollup architectures. Background in cryptography, compiler theory, or security engineering. Why Join Hashlock?
