🚀 **We’re Hiring: Harvester Sales Manager (P&L Owner)** 🌾

🔹 **Role Overview:**
As a **Harvester Sales Manager (P&L Owner)**, you will take full ownership of the harvester product line—driving revenue, expanding market presence, and ensuring profitability. This role is ideal for someone who understands the agri-machinery landscape and is passionate about scaling business operations.
🔹 **What You’ll Do:**
✔ Own and manage the P&L for the harvester segment
✔ Drive sales strategy for sugarcane & multi-crop harvesters and rotavators
✔ Expand and strengthen dealer/distributor network
✔ Achieve revenue, growth, and margin targets
✔ Identify new market opportunities and enhance penetration
✔ Lead pricing, demand planning & inventory management
✔ Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and farmer engagement
✔ Conduct field visits, demos & customer interactions
✔ Analyze market trends & competitor activity
✔ Ensure strong after-sales support with service teams
🔹 **What We’re Looking For:**
✔ 5–10 years in agri-machinery sales (harvesters/rotavators mandatory)
✔ Strong exposure to sugarcane or multi-crop equipment market
✔ Proven track record in sales target achievement & P&L management
✔ Experience in dealer/channel sales
✔ Deep understanding of rural/agri market dynamics
✔ Willingness to travel extensively
🔹 **Preferred:**
🎓 Mechanical / Agriculture Engineering / Business background
🎓 MBA in Sales/Marketing (a plus)
💼 Strong leadership & team management skills
